🟢 What Does Our Warranty Cover? We guarantee that our products are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes:

  • âś… Housing and Casing

  • âś… Control Panel and Electrical System

  • âś… Inverter and Charging Components (manufacturer defects only)

đź”´ What Is Not Covered? Our warranty does not extend to the following:

  • ❌ Normal wear and tear (cables, connectors, and carrying accessories)

  • ❌ Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

  • ❌ Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations

  • ❌ Battery capacity reduction due to normal aging and regular use

  • ❌ Damage resulting from water exposure or use beyond the product's intended purpose

đź“ť How to Claim Your Warranty If you have questions or need to start a claim, please contact our customer support team. To help us process your request quickly, please include the following in your message:

  • Your order number.

  • A detailed description of the issue.

  • Photos and/or videos showing the problem (if applicable).

Our team will review your claim and, where appropriate, will:

  • Ship replacement parts

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product if necessary
